Delivery Time:

  • USA/AU/FR/SP - 12-19 business days 
  • DE/UK/IT/BE/CA - 19-39 business days to arrive. 
  • Rest of the World: 25-45 business days. 

Processing time of order: 1-5 business days.

ZAAZ will ship all available items with 2/3 weeks processing time before shipment as we ship directly from our warehouse in China.

Please note that your items may arrive in separate packages. if this is the case you will be notified as to which items you will be receiving in any one package.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email receipt. If you have not received this email please contact us immediately.

Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This will enable you to check the progress of your package.

Please note that all packages will require a signature to be received. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages. 

If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will notify you.

We entrust our couriers to deliver your package on time. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather problems, holidays, natural disasters, strikes or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels and additional charges may apply if a delivery is returned to the shipper

Additional notes: 

The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, ZAAZ will not issue store credit for your returns.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit to your ZAAZ account for use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires, and is redeemable right away!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.!
